Which college should I choose?
Dating is for first conversations and new connections. Marriage is for making a life together. Family is for growing responsibilities, parenting, and keeping your team connected. You can choose more than one college. There is no compulsory order, and certainly no entrance exam about your love life.
What is free, and what does the full program cost?
Each college has 21 courses across seven levels. All three Level I (Newbie) courses are free after sign-in and adult confirmation. Each complete program costs US$5.99 once. Books cost US$9.99 each. Eligible purchases of two or more products receive the current automatic volume promotion once. Bundle contents count toward this condition. How do lessons, exams, and awards work?
Each course has five short lessons and a five-question exam. Four correct answers earn a pass; retakes are included. Pass all three courses in a level to unlock the next. Buying access does not skip exams. Certificates, badges, and diplomas are novelty awards for learning and fun, not accredited qualifications. Your refrigerator may be impressed. An admissions board will not.
How does the shared basket work?
Add products from all three colleges to one campus basket. Review the full order and pay once in secure checkout. Each product is delivered separately after payment confirmation. Your basket remains saved if you return without paying.
Where are my courses and books?
Sign in to the Student Common Room using the email from your order or gift. Confirmed course access and book links appear there. Digital books include PDF and EPUB downloads through private links. Keep those links to yourself. Physical orders are shipped separately.
Can I give a gift or redeem one?
Yes. Choose a college on our gifts page. Book gifts can include a dedication; package options are shown before payment. Recipients should follow their gift email and use the same recipient email when signing in. Visit gift access and redemption for the correct route for each college.
Are the apps available?
The Joint Account is free to download and use on iPhone. Download it on the App Store, or explore the app. Android is not available yet.
Where do you ship merchandise?
Choose your country and address to check shipping before paying. Availability depends on the item and Printful delivery support for that destination. Some countries or addresses cannot be served. Customer prices are in USD; the shipping charge and final total are shown before payment.
What does “Not available yet.” mean?
That product cannot currently be ordered. It does not mean the whole college is closed. Free courses, published reading samples, and other available products can still be explored. We do not take payment for an unavailable item or promise a release date.
What about refunds, incorrect orders, or missing emails?
Check spam and confirm the email used at checkout. Contact orders@thelovecampus.com with your college and order reference for payments, gifts, downloads, shipping, or refunds. Our shared terms and refund policy apply across the campus. Do not send full card numbers or private access links.
Do I have to be 18 or in a relationship?
You must be 18 or older to use student accounts, buy, or receive digital learning gifts. You do not need to be in a relationship. Curiosity counts; relationship status is not an admissions requirement. This is education and entertainment, not therapy or individualized professional advice.
